Connecting Citizen (Cincom, Miyano) machines
Citizen machines use Mitsubishi (most common) or FANUC controls. Mitsubishi M7 and M8 machines are read through MTConnect adapters; integrators publish minimum NC-MAIN versions for M7. Legacy Mitsubishi M6 machines (C16-VI, L20-VIII, M16, M32, built 2001–2007) are covered by Mitsubishi Electric Automation's IMA Citizen M6 Adapter. MELDAS and M600 need discrete I/O. FANUC-based Citizens use FOCAS.
