HEIDENHAIN LSV-2

LSV-2 is HEIDENHAIN's older telegram protocol for file transfer and status. Telegrams carry a 32-bit length and a four-character command, big-endian; DNC-level login needs an option on the control. Open-source pyLSV2 is tested on TNC 320/620/640, iTNC 530, MANUALplus 620, CNC PILOT 640 and TNC7 programming stations; its author warns it can damage the control and is not meant for production. Commercial LSV-2 packages are licensed.
