Haas Machine Data Collection (Q-commands) and DPRNT
Haas controls answer Q-commands over RS-232 (Classic) or over Ethernet on the TCP port set in Setting 143 (NGC). Replies are framed STX … ETB. Q500 returns program, status and parts in one reply; Q600 reads a macro variable. DPRNT prints custom values from the part program on its own connection. On NGC, MTConnect on port 8082 is the alternative.
