Connect Mazak MAZATROL Matrix, Matrix 2, Fusion 640, Nexus and Preview
Older Mazak controls (Fusion 640, Matrix, Nexus, Preview 3) are commonly read with the Fusion Client adapter over UDP 51001, which gives machine status, spindle data, cycle times and alarms. Fusion 640 may need a PCMCIA two-slot interface on the HR841 board and an Ethernet card.

Setting it up
- Check hardwareFusion 640: PCMCIA two-slot interface on HR841 and an Ethernet card.
- Install Fusion ClientVersion 2.1 or later.
- Configure the adapterPoint it at UDP 51001.
- Add counting
#3901=#3901+1before M30 if counts are missing.
Traps to avoid
- Windows 98/2000 on Fusion 640: keep it off the business network.
